Re-Rug was born from the desire to take advantage of the leftover wool generated by our suppliers.

Each Re-Rug rug uses 1kg/m2 of reprocessed wool and therefore contributes directly to the reduction of unmanaged waste as well as reductions in Co2 emissions, since no virgin material needs to be produced or transported. The result is a unique circular collection that is made up of 50% New Zealand wool and 50% reused wool.

Fibers

50% New Zealand Wool

Typically, New Zealand wool is known to be the whitest, cleanest, purest and most natural wool in the world. Its softness is due in part to the altitude and the vegetation available to the herds. It is guaranteed to be cruelty-free.

50% Recycled wool

The use of recycled lances contributes directly to the reduction of unmanaged waste, as well as to reductions in Co2 emissions, since virgin material does not need to be produced or transported. The tone of these threads preserves the irregularity and tonal richness of the mountains of wool.

Re-Rug Collection

Re-Rug arose from the decision to use surplus wool accumulated by our suppliers. This initiative is the result of a long research process, the challenge of recovering these wools to create a new yarn suitable for knitting.

Each Re-Rug uses 1kg/m2 of reprocessed wool, thus directly contributing to the reduction of unmanaged waste, as well as the reduction of CO2 emissions, since it is not necessary to produce virgin material.
