50% New Zealand Wool

Typically, New Zealand wool is known to be the whitest, cleanest, purest and most natural wool in the world. Its softness is due in part to the altitude and the vegetation available to the herds. It is guaranteed to be cruelty-free.

50% Italian wool

Italian wool is similar to virgin wool in terms of resistance. It has great durability in high traffic areas. Like other wools, it is a water-repellent, fire-retardant, thermal and acoustic insulating fiber, as well as a natural moisture regulator.

Technique

Hand loomed Dhurrie

The use of recycled lances contributes directly to the reduction of unmanaged waste, as well as to reductions in Co2 emissions, since virgin material does not need to be produced or transported. The tone of these threads preserves the irregularity and tonal richness of the mountains of wool.

Haze Collection

The Haze collection, the second collection designed by Begum Cana Özgur, is inspired by the harmony of colors extracted from nature at the moment the mist arises. A unique synchrony, where they speak to each other, generating a visual balance resulting from the sensitivity of that ethereal moment. Colors that interrelate while becoming difficult to control.

Unlike other creative processes, Haze is a rug that is born directly on the loom, while the designer experimented with chromatic interactions and created color gradations through the optical mixing of colors.
