Trained in Barcelona and Milan as an industrial and interior designer. In 1994, coinciding with his stays as a consultant in Seoul (Korea), he began to develop a new way of understanding product culture in Berlin.
He began exhibiting his works in 1997. His work is characterized by the search for new product systems, the introduction of design in the field of food, and presentation through performance.
His unconventional vision provides ideas of brilliant simplicity and curious seriousness.
Established in Barcelona and Berlin, he works for Companies such as Alessi, Authentics, Camper, Cha-cha, Corraini, Danese, Dentsu, Desigual, Droog Design, Drill, Galeria H2O Barcelona, Imaginarium, Magis, Moleskine, Nani Marquina, Saporiti Italia.
Recent publications: Transition Menu- reviewing creative gastronomy (2013) and Kubabook (2012).
He has exhibited at: MoMA (New York), MuDAC (Lausanne), MACBA (Barcelona) and Center Pompidou (Paris). Ciutat de Barcelona Award 1999, and National Design Award from the Generalitat de Catalunya 2007.
