Ana Mir (Valencia, 1969) and Emili Padrós (Barcelona, 1969) have a Master's degree in Industrial Design from Central Saint Martins in London. They focus on experimentation with materials, objects and spaces, and manage to involve the user in a participatory way, without ever forgetting the functional, technical and productive aspects. Many of his designs, ideas and concepts have been exhibited internationally (MoMA in New York, Milan, Paris, Tokyo, Sydney...) and some of them are part of the permanent collections of the FNAC Fond National d'Art Contemporain of France, of the Museum of Decorative Arts of Barcelona and the Museum of Art of Indianapolis in the United States.

Ana Mir and Emili Padrós have been awarded the ADI-FAD Silver Delta 2005 for the “Collector” lamp, the FAD Prize for Ephemeral Architecture 2000, the 1st International Domus Boeing Business Jet Prize, 1999 and the 1999 City of Barcelona Prize for Design .
