Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu are founding partners of Neri & Hu Design and Research Office, a multidisciplinary architecture studio. They have been awarded several times as designers of the year.

Neri & Hu were named Designers of the Year 2015 by Maison & Objet Asia and in 2014 by Wallpaper*.

Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu also created Design Republic, a concept store in Shanghai that offers design products created by the world's best talent, many of which have never before been available in China. The store design won the Perspective Awards Best Interior Retail and the DFA (Design For Asia) Best Design of Greater China.
