California firm Ryan Leidner Architecture has used bright white paint and lush greenery to renovate a mid-century modern Eichler house in Silicon Valley that was completed in the 1960s.

For this renovation, Ryan Leidner Architecture updated the 2,000-square-foot space with white interiors and an open floor plan for a family of four.

Inside, several walls were removed to adjust the flow of the design and create an open-plan living area. The iconic Losanges rug provides a flash of color in the middle of this pure, white environment.
