The project is the rehabilitation of an industrial cleaning space in the Les Corts neighborhood. The main patio is the hinge between the study and workshop space and what is actually the home.
At the level of finishes and materials, they wanted to respect and maximize the industrial denotation of the history of the place. The interventions want to dialogue with the crudeness of the existing household items. All of this preserves a genuinely harsh and brutalist language.
